Buying Signs

Customers have a very easy way of showing you signs of wanting to buy your product. It is your job to pick up on these signs and close the deal. You want to look out for questions like "how much will this run me", "Whats the warranty on this product", ect. These signs should bring up light bulbs in your head so you can come forth and try and close them on the product. U have to make them beleive that your product is the best of its kind, and no other product compares to it. In a sence, you must brainwash your customers. If your a shy person and dont like to talk a lot, than sales might not be for you. Once you pick up on these buying signs, than go forth in to asking them if they would like to buy. CLOSE THEM.

Something that will most likely guarantee you a sale is getting referrals. Customers can be the greatest selling tool of all time. If you treat your customer right and take care of your clientelle, they will refer you to their friends and family. The better you treat your customers, the more money you will make. This is why amazing customer service plays a big part in peoples sales.

Creativity And Upselling

The beauty of working in sales is the ability to be creative in your style of selling. Creativity is what will help you close sales. Instead of offering a product to a customer, tell them that they must take it because it is included in the bundle package. You must always try and upsell your clients. If they buy a TV, tell them the warranty is mandatory, for example. They more they buy, the more money you make. Think of different ways you can pitch products to your customers and use the techniques that work best for you. People are out there waiting to give u their money! Are you gonna take it?

Leads

Every great sales person in the world knows how to work their leads. For all you new time salesman, a lead is a person or businesses info that u somehow get by either cold calling, networking, or thru a website or company such as salesforce.com. your job is to pitch your product to the group of leads you have and covince them in to purchasing the goods or services you are offering. Leads are the hardest customers to close because of the fact that they don't come looking for what you are selling. YOU have to be the one to convince then that they need your product. The best way to approach leads is in a calm and collective manner. You don't want to go in to more aggressive selling until you feel that they are truly interested in your product. If they turn down your offer, its alright because not everyone is going to buy. Just save their info, tell them ull give them time to think about it, and move on to the next lead. You'll probably get nine nos until u get one yes. The goal is to get as many sales as possible. Over time, you will learn to master your selling skills by working as many leads as you can and will see your numbers increase. WORK YOUR LEADS.

Probing Your Customers.

One of the most important things you MUST do during a sale is probe your customer. U have to constantly be asking your customer qualifying questions. U have to get to know them in order to know what they want. If they say they like fast flashy cars, for example, your not going to try and sell then a pick up truck. Asking questions will help you build a better relationship with your clients, and will boost up your sales dramatically. U are there to serve their needs. After you have asked qualifying questions, you can begin to use your knowledge of what u know about your client to CLOSE them. Show them how your product can benefit them in their daily lives. Show them VALUE in what they are going to purchase. This important tool will also guarantee that your customer won't have any second thoughts about what they have just purchased because U showed them how its going to benefit their lives. PROBE AND CLOSE.

ALWAYS. BE. CLOSING. ABC. The mindset every successfull salesman lives by. U must beleive that every person is a sale and every pitch is a close. Dont take no for an answer. REAL salesman dont quit. Overcome the objections thrown at you by the average consumer. Be CREATIVE. Be CONFIDENT. In this county, there are two types of people. A buyer, and a seller. U MUST ask yourself, which one am I?
