Knowing Your Product

The first of many steps in closing a sale is knowing your product. You have to know the ins and outs of what you are selling in order to pitch a sale to a customer. Start off by reading up on what your product is. This will help you gain confidence during a pitch and also overcome objections the customer may throw at you. The more you know, the more you SELL.
